Each engineer takes part in internal technology forums at Juniper and has been trained in implementing and supporting our solutions by the experts who developed them. They also have access to Juniper and industry best-practices solution templates.

In addition to assisting you with all our core switching, routing, and security solutions, our engineers can provide planning, implementation, and support services for newer capabilities such as automation, software-defined networking (SDN), and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV).


We offer onsite technical services on a term basis, typically 12 months:

  • Resident Consultant Service—Provides you with network design and architecture planning assistance. Resident consultants work closely with your networking, development, and operations teams to evolve and transform your network environment.
  • Resident Engineer Service—Delivers ongoing operational and engineering support for our products and solutions.
  • Field Service Engineer Service—Assists you with implementing your network and executing test plans.
